How it works

Questions

Is my video uploaded anywhere?

No. The video is processed by your own browser, on your own device. It is never sent to a server, so it stays private.

Can I show the text for only part of the video?

Yes. Drag the yellow handles on the timeline, or move the playhead and press Set start or Set end.

How big can the video be?

Up to 500 MB. Everything runs in your browser’s memory, so very large files can be slow or fail on older phones. Shorter clips work best.

Why is the first run slow?

The first time, your browser downloads the video engine (about 10 MB). After that it is cached and starts quickly. Processing speed depends on your device.
